The participation is only secured by the receipt of the deposit,
the remaining amount is to be paid into the account at least 2 weeks before the start!

The remaining amount has to be paid into our account at the latest 2 weeks before the seminar begins.
As we are a non-profit organization we also have to pay our costs in advance and therefore we kindly ask you to abide by these deadlines.
Should you not receive confirmation from us within one hour, then please contact us by phone or email.
All registrations will be accepted in order of our receiving them and after payment of the seminar costs. Should a seminar be fully booked, then we will notify you and add you to the waiting list.
As you can imagine, we would be extremely unhappy should we receive a cancellation (which fortunately has not yet been the case). However, should the tutor fall ill, or due to unforeseen events we are forced to cancel the course, then you would be reimbursed to the full amount paid. We are, however, under no further obligations.
Likewise we reserve the right to cancel the course if there are too few participants. In this case, of course, all payments will be reimbursed to the full amount. Here too we are under no further obligations. Please understand that we have to reserve these rights. For our part, we try our best to inform you of a cancellation as early as possible.
We would like to point out that during these medial days you carry sole responsibility for yourself, and you hereby confirm that you are neither suffering from any psychological illness nor are under any such treatment.
Here too you confirm that no further liability claims can be made against the organizer. Accommodation and catering costs will be carried by the course participant.
